How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a unique tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please bring your tax invoice to any Ackermans store for an exchange or refund.

Do you offer Click & Collect services?

Yes, you can shop online and choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order from your nearest Ackermans store for a small processing fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Ackermans store cards, and various secure instant EFT options.

How do I determine the right size for me?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart to ensure the perfect fit for clothing and footwear.

Can I pay for my online order using my Ackermans Layout account?

Currently, Lay-by payments are only available for in-store purchases. Online orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout using our digital payment methods.
